Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

• Inspection upon Delivery: Please examine the product carefully and verify the size in the presence of the delivery representative before they leave.
• Immediate Returns: Returns are only permitted on the spot while the representative is present (except for manufacturing defects).
• Manufacturing Defects: In the event of any defect, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange it for a defect-free item. We will cover all shipping costs in this case.
• Size Exchanges: If you experience a sizing issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Exchanges are subject to size availability, and additional shipping fees will apply.

Important Notes:

Order Cancellation / Non-Receipt: If you cancel the order after it has been shipped, or choose not to receive it from the representative, a shipping fee of 80 EGP must be paid directly to the representative or transferred via Instapay / Vodafone Cash.

• Offers & Discounts: Items purchased during sales, promotional offers, or discounts are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
